Mudhouse Art Residency: Crete 2019

I’ve always wanted to do an artist residency, and when I found out about the Mudhouse Artist Residency in Crete I knew I had to go! For two weeks I had a lovely room in “Villa Beehtohven”, perched high on a hill looking over the mountains of southeastern Crete and the Libyan sea. I had a shared studio space to work in, 13 other artist friends, and home cooked Greek meals. I spent luxurious time making drawings, watercolors, and prints. Here are a few images from my time there.
