This dramatic piece has so many beautiful marks from the wood fire process, including shell imprints and drippy natural ash glaze. It was fired on one side, the shells propped it on the kiln shelf and the melting wood ash envelops the form like a big hug.

It is a unique and stunning piece. Fired in California at Cobb Art and Ecology
